2011~2012学年第一学期督导工作总结

在系和督导室领导的关心支持下,在督导小组全体成员的共同努力下,对照本学期的工作计划,我们较好地完成了本学年的教学督导工作。具体工作总结如下:
一、制定工作计划,明确工作任务
9月初,组织召开了机电工程系督导会议,制定了本学期的教学督导工作计划,布置了本学期督导工作的主要任务。并在系部全体教职工大会上,进一步强调督导的工作内容和具体要求,使全员重视督导,理解督导的意识明显增强。
二、做好开学初教学检查工作
1.每个学期的开学初,督导组会同系部对学期初的开学准备工作进行检查,并对老师的教学准备工作和第一节课的教学情况进行随机听课抽查,取得了良好的效果。
2.组织人员对教研室工作计划、开学初两周教学文件进行抽查。个别教师出现教学文件不符合要求,通过检查,责令改正。
三、加强教学常规督查
1日常教学检查的实施情况
由督导组牵头成立由系领导、教研室主任、系办人员组成的日常教学检查小组,每周的周一至周五均有2人负责当天的日常教学秩序情况检查,真实并及时地填写“教学情况检查表”上报院教务处。对于本学期出现的个别教师短时离岗现象系部已经做出相应处理。
2各类课程的听课、评课情况
我系领导和二级督导员从开学初就有计划地对全系教师的课堂和实践教学进行听课,结合院督导室专家的听课检查,从整体上看,我系教师整体教学情况良好,实际教学进度与授课计划一致,教学内容准备充分,教学环节把握较好,能灵活组合运用板书和多媒体教学手段。
我系的大部分教师在课程讲授过程中把理论和实践紧密结合,充分利用现有实验设备进行现场教学,针对我系专业培养的学生今后多数从事的操作和维修岗位,精心设计每堂课,讲练分配得当,师生互动好。 我系的年青教师都能够积极主动地学习,备课笔记十分详细,教案也能参照要求书写规范,内容详尽,条理清楚。
3教学环节质量控制和教学进度情况
系部二级督导小组针对平时听课中检查到的问题、学生反映的教师教学情况及院教学督导室的检查意见,都及时反馈到教师本人,并提出合理建议,在今后的工作中给予更多重视,争取最大程度地有效解决问题。
4.实践教学环节的实施情况
本学期我系的实践教学秩序良好。实验开出记录、实验室使用记录等资料齐全,设备维护、实验室卫生状况良好。各专业实验、实训计划完整,实验、实训开出率、分组率均达100%,已完成的实训任务均达到教学要求。
5.系部教学文件归档情况
通过本学期初院教务处和督导室的相关领导对系部教学文件归档工作的检查和指导,我系安排何家猛老师专人负责教学文件归档工作。何家猛老师工作细致到位,各类教学文件整理规范,极大提高了系部日常教学管理的质量和效率,深受领导和教师的好评。
五、加强专业建设和说课的督查
1.督促专业建设方案的调整
为了配合新一轮教学改革,我系督导全程参与了所有专业的专业建设方案调整,从召开专业建设起专家委员会,到课程体系的调整,系部督导成员都尽心尽责,从专业定位,人才规格等方面进行指导。
2.组织专业剖析及说课活动
为了配合教学评估工作,系部督导组织了三次专业剖析演练,对剖析过程中出现的问题进行了分析和点评,提高了系部的专业剖析水平。同时系部也组织了全员说课和个别说课活动,组织专家进行点评,通过全系教师的努力,我系的说课水平比学期初有了明显的提高。 
六、召开师生座谈会,广泛听取教学意见
本学年召开了多次学生座谈会和教师座谈会,每月一次认真收集、整理、反馈学生信息员的实时信息,广泛了解教育教学情况,对突出的问题进行跟踪调查,广泛听取师生对教学工作的意见,听取教师在实践教学、开展教改活动情况、产学研工作开展情况等的意见和建议。
七、存在的问题
一学期来,督导小组努力克服各种困难,较好地完成了工作任务,收到了较好的成效。所有这些成绩的取得,都是上级督导部门积极参与的结果。在肯定成绩的同时,也清醒地认识到工作中存在的差距和不足,更要着眼于今后工作的开拓和创新
1.要加强学习,紧跟教育教学发展的新形势,不断转变教育思想,更新教育观念。
因督导工作会得罪人,工作中有畏难情绪,要加强自身的学习,树立新的教育思想观念,加大工作力度,把教学督导工作做得更好。
2.进一步处理好督与导的关系。坚持督与导相合,以导为主,以督为辅,强化服务职能。在与教师的交流过程中要注意方式方法,找到合适的方法能让教师接受合理化建议。
3.督导员队伍的管理需要加强,工学结合下督导成员的结构有待进一步优化,督导队伍综合素质有待进一步提高
